A Day For Thanks!

Well trying to train the body when the belly will be constantly full is a little hard. So why fight it. So I’m just going to do nothing today and eat, so to help gain that weight back!

Today I just want to give Thanks for all my friends out there for taking my calls, keeping in touch and giving much needed advice through out the years. I’m also thankful for my great family and the strength we have, as well as our health.

Premature thanks for the friends out in Denver who have offered to help me move in next Tuesday. I can’t wait to get out there and start again. It’s refreshing to start a new life out in a great city and state that is one big outdoor playground!

It hasn’t sunk in that I’m moving again in a little over three months. But I can’t wait; I’m down to less then four days now and I have to pinch myself every once in a while, so I know that this is great and real!

More to follow later this week/weekend as I pack up and all. Devin and I will try and keep you updated on the drive, journey out there.

I hope that you all have a great Thanksgiving and are able to spend it with family or close friends as spend mine at the Rosemblum household. Thanks to Paul and Jenny and the gang for offering to have me.
